Ramona Hood, the first Black female president and CEO of a FedEx operating company, spoke at the School of Media and Journalism to С��Ƭ��Ƶ’s Public Relations Student Society of America and an array of College of Communication and Information students, staff and faculty about her experiences and wisdom.

Exploratory students explore. University College’s Exploratory Lounge is designed to provide students with information about different majors at the university and to teach them about on-campus resources available to them. Or, students can drop in and just hang out.

Professor of psychological sciences Mary Beth Spitznagel has experienced the burden of caregiving for her beloved dog, Allo, who developed bladder cancer. This influenced her research into how a pet with chronic illness can affect caregivers.

Paul Gaston, Emeritus Trustees Professor and author, will offer a presentation on actions Gaston believes call for society to "confront the existential threat to higher education as we know it posed by politicians who want to remake the academy in their image."

This March, С��Ƭ��Ƶ is celebrating the 2023 Women’s History Month. The theme for 2023 is “Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories.”

A student from С��Ƭ��Ƶ's School of Music provided the soundtrack for Tuesday's С��Ƭ��Ƶ Farmers' Market.

Electronic recycling drop-off dates in March are part of С��Ƭ��Ƶ's overall institutional sustainability initiatives.

Now referred to as Kent Card, the Blue, Gold and Grateful employee appreciation program is still going strong. Employees appreciate receiving their $20 Kent Card, which can be spent at participating downtown businesses, and in turn downtown businesses enjoy the influx of customers and thousands of dollars.

Some people delight in reading Shakespeare. But some people may find it difficult, confusing or incomprehensible. Senior theatre studies major Xavier Heipp has been working to create an open resource book to make Shakespeare’s writing more relatable.

Senior Brian Johnson traveled to Israel Jan. 3-13 with a group of 19 student leaders with the Student Leaders Trip to Israel sponsored by Hillel, a Jewish campus organization.
