Volunteers decorated Kent's Main Street Bridge on Monday in preparation for Kent's Rainbow Weekend on Oct. 13-14. The rainbows downtown also celebrate National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11.
One of the highlights of the Rainbow Weekend's is the eighth annual Rainbow Run presented by СƬƵ's LGBTQ+ Center. This 5K helps raise money to replenish СƬƵ's LGBTQ+ Emergency Fund, which supports СƬƵ LGBTQ+ students in crisis.
