Career management is a shared and ongoing process through which employees reflect on their strengths, interests, and aspirations while aligning their development with organizational needs and opportunities.

This foundational course introduces the organization’s career management philosophy, available resources, and the practical tools employees can use to actively participate in their own development.

This course is designed to build clarity, confidence, and conversation readiness — not to guarantee advancement, but to equip participants to engage thoughtfully in the career development process within the organization’s current structure and opportunities.
