The School of Theatre and Dance is excited to announce that Aimee Johnson will join С��Ƭ��Ƶ this summer as the new Costume Shop Supervisor.  Aimee holds a BFA in Theatrical Design and Technology from The University of Central Florida, and an MFA in Costume Design from The Pennsylvania State University. The retired tenured professor of horticulture dedicated his life and harnessed his passion to create beautiful outdoor spaces on the Salem Campus over a career that spanned nearly 30 years. Carlson retired from teaching in 2021, but his love for the campus and the horticulture program never stopped. Seven students from Associate Professor Bonnie Shaker’s composition courses and four from Senior Lecturer Mahli Mechenbier’s writing courses won 2022 Writing Awards. С��Ƭ��Ƶ at Tuscarawas held the 52nd Commencement Ceremony in two separate ceremonies on Thurs., May 12, and Friday, May 13, with over 400 students graduating with an associate or bachelor’s degree and 18 students receiving certificates. Students from the bachelor’s degree in nursing program at С��Ƭ��Ƶ Salem volunteered during a recent health fair sponsored by Salem City Health Department.
