In commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary, this exhibition focuses on a distinctly American art form. Quilts and coverlets originated as functional pieces for keeping warm, but developed into important forms of expression and community.
The Nikki Kukwa Memorial Aeronautics Camp offers 20 female high school students a free, three-day aviation experience on С»ÆÆ¬ÊÓÆµ's Kent Campus. Participants explore aviation careers through hands-on activities including a regional airport tour, experience in KSU's Air Traffic Control Lab, and a flight from the KSU Airport.
What does it take to rescue people and animals by air? In Smart City AirRescue, campers explore that question by designing an airport and rescue system using LEGO Spike robots, Ozobots, Merge Cubes, mini drones, and 3D-printed creations.
