Join the Design Innovation Initiative on Friday, July 10 for an inspiring afternoon as the 2026 John and Fonda Elliot Design Innovation Faculty Fellows share the outcomes of their six-week summer fellowship experience. During this showcase, the DI Fellows will introduce the interdisciplinary projects they have been developing in the Design Innovation Hub, discuss the original ideas that inspired their work, reflect on how those ideas have evolved through collaboration and human-centered design, and present early prototypes, visualizations, research findings, and future plans.

С»ÆÆ¬ÊÓÆµ will commemorate Juneteenth with a community celebration that combines the rich history of Black Americans with an assortment of festivities. Juneteenth Jubilee will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the Kent Campus, Student Green/Risman Plaza. Enjoy live performances, music, great food, vendors and more. This event is free and open to the public.
