小黄片视频 is a credentialed training provider of educational courses for Ohio's TechCred Program, which launched in September 2019 to give employers the chance to upskill current and future employees in today鈥檚 tech-infused economy. Through TechCred, businesses can identify the specific qualifications they need and employees they want to upskill toward a more advanced position. In partnership with a training provider like 小黄片视频, the employer can apply online at TechCred.Ohio.Gov.

How does the Employer Begin the Process?
Registration Application Walkthrough
Below are some instructions to assist you through the application processor for applying for the Tech Prep Grant. When you complete the registration, you should receive a confirm email from TechCred verifying that your application is received.
1. Log-into your Ohio ID account from this page .
2. then during specified dates for an open funding round.

3. Select the Appropriate Category from the dropdown menu based on the Credential being submitted
- Please note all available 小黄片视频 Credentials should mirror the categories and names of the credentials on the Tech Cred website.
4. Select the appropriate credential for each enrollee.
- You are able to submit for up to 15 slots at a tuition rate of $2,000/credential ($30,000 per application and up to $2,000/credential/participant)
- You can submit in any combination.
For example:
鈥 15 slots for the Manufacturing Credential called Advanced Manufacturing Systems
鈥 5 slots for the Manufacturing Credential called Advanced Manufacturing Systems, 5 slots for the Manufacturing Credential called Electronics, and 5 slots for the Manufacturing Credential called Fluid Power.
鈥 5 slots for Advanced Manufacturing Systems, 5 slots for a credential in the IoT and Cybersecurity credential called Cisco Certified Design Expert , and 5 slots for the a Robotics/Automation credential called Robotics.

- Tuition costs per credit for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows
- 399.23 per undergraduate credit at the Kent Campus
- And an additional one-time per semester payment of 75.17 general course fee.

- Reimbursement amount up to $2,000
- Select appropriate employer contribution (if any.)
- Number of employees 15 (in the examples above)
- If you are submitting less than 15 slots, (as in the examples listed in 4c above), click on add another credential and complete the same form with the next credential. Repeat until you complete your 15 slots and submit.
- An employee can be listed for multiple credentials in the same application.
- Estimated wages of the enrollees before and after the credential (will the enrollee receive a raise upon completion of the program? Note: this is not a requirement.)
Upon submission the administrator will receive an email confirming your application.
Additional Application Notes
- Each business may apply for $30,000 per funding round
- Businesses can apply for up to $2,000 per credential per employee in each funding round
- Businesses of all sizes and for any sector of the economy are eligible.
- Funding expires after 12 months if not used.
- In order to be eligible, employees must be Ohio residents with a verifiable address
How to create a Tech Cred Account:
In order to submit an application for the tuition reimbursement, you must first create a TechCred account and apply for a Supplier ID number with the State of Ohio (see instructions below).
1. Go to the and click on the Apply button.
2. Select option to create a new account.
- It is recommended that the person who will be administering to the account and responsible for monitoring emails and responding to deadlines set-up the account. This person will receive all notices regarding approval, reminders etc. and will have the password to access the account to submit applications for funding.
- Typically a representative from HR or finance.
- You will need the company tax ID number.
Apply for a Payee ID
If your company does not already have a Payee ID number for the State of Ohio, you will be directed to submit an application for one in order to create your TechCred Account and submit an application for tuition reimbursement.
It's that easy! Employers must file reimbursement applications within six weeks of each employee completing a credential. The reimbursement can cover tuition, lab fees, manuals, textbooks, and other certification costs.
Post-Application Employer Requirements
Accepting your Tech Cred Grant:
1. Within 4 weeks of the submission of your application, the administrator on the company鈥檚 TechCred account will receive and email indicating the application was approved.
2. Log on to your TechCred account and accept the grant (must be done within 10 business days)
- Effective date (typically 2 months prior to the approval date)
- Period: from effective date to 12 months from acceptance date
3. Set calendar to submit Status Reports:
- status reports are due every 4 months
Submitting Status Reports
Status reports are required to be submitted every four months from the effective date of the agreement and every four months thereafter.
Note: The effective date can be several months prior to the actual approval date. This is because you can submit for retroactive tuition reimbursement for programs taken for a period of time prior to the approval of the application.
Mark your calendars to be sure to submit the appropriate status report for each round of funding where an application was approved.
When you submit a status report, you will receive a confirmation email.
For ease and to insure you do not inadvertently void your application, it is recommended that you update the status of each of your open grants whenever logged into your TechCred account to apply for additional rounds of funding.

Submitting your application for tuition reimbursement
Upon completion of the course you should receive certificates of completion for the participants who completed the credential- if you do not, please feel free to reach out to the tech cred office for that documentation.
- Log-Into Tech Cred website () with same log-in used to apply.
- Click 鈥淎pply鈥 at top of screen next to 鈥溞』破悠碘 & 鈥淩esources鈥
- Under Submit for Reimbursement, click 鈥淟og in to OH|ID鈥
- On the next screen click on the eyeball on the far right under 鈥渧iew/edit鈥 for the completed Round: Submitting for Ohio TechCred Tuition Reimbursement
- On the next screen click the 鈥淩eimbursement Request鈥 Button on the top
- On the next screen you must click on 鈥渁dd employee鈥 for each slot and enter the requested information for each class participant. The average hourly wage without credential field should be pre-populated. This field is the class average hourly wage inserted when the application was submitted. However, you must now enter the actual individual participant鈥檚 hourly wage before and after the credential was received. **Also, please be sure to enter $2,000.00 for the 鈥淎ctual Amount Requested鈥.
- Once each employee鈥檚 information is added in the slots for the class, you must upload the following:
- A certificate for each employee verifying their completion of the course (could contain up to 15 certificates for 15 participants)
- A receipt of payment for the services rendered from the course
- Click 鈥淪ubmit Request鈥
How does the Employee Begin the Process?
- Once an employer has been approved an employee can begin the process of earning their credential.
- Employees eligible for tuition reimbursement through the TechCred Program must be W-2 employees and residents of the State of Ohio.
- Employees interested in earning their credentials through 小黄片视频 should apply as a non-degree seeking guest student.
- Select either Undergraduate Guest or Graduate Guest depending on the course number you plan to apply for.
- 10000-49999 courses are classified as undergraduate courses.
- 50000 and above are graduate courses
- Select either Undergraduate Guest or Graduate Guest depending on the course number you plan to apply for.
- Once accepted, students should register for their courses.
- All students are required to take prerequisite courses, exceptions may be made in the following instances.
- Students may provide prior college transcripts to the appropriate academic department for evaluation to determine whether they have earned the prerequisites at another institution.

- Students may request faculty waive the prerequisites based on prior learning or work experiences.
