Biography
Kathleen Swoboda, MLS, OTR/L is the full-time faculty member and academic program director in the OCAT program for С»ÆƬÊÓƵ Ashtabula and С»ÆƬÊÓƵ East Liverpool. She earned a Master's of Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from С»ÆƬÊÓƵ and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Occupational Therapy. Ms. Swoboda received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology from С»ÆƬÊÓƵ.
